Following a successful launch as a celebration of the Olympic year in 2012, British Eventing is again offering promising film-makers the chance to enter the BE Eventing Cinema competition to win £1,000 worth of photographic equipment with the support Horsehub.

Eventing supporters are invited to capture the spirit of the sport, with high octane cross country action, behind the scenes footage, or the elegance of the dressage phase.

James Hustler from Norfolk who won the inaugural competition in 2012 says: "Freshly graduated from university, the BE Eventing Cinema competition was an excellent opportunity and offered a very generous prize which really helped me kick start my career as a freelance videographer.

"A year on I owe a lot to the competition and would highly recommend equestrian lovers and non-riders alike give it a shot."

New to the judges’ panel this year is Laura Collett, who joins former Badminton winner and HorseHub representative Paul Tapner and BE’s chief executive and international course designer, Mike Etherington-Smith, plus Liam Killen from the ESMAs and the Equestrian Creative Network.

Entries close on 16 September 2013.
