All eyes on Osberton International Horse Trials

The 2012 Osberton International Horse Trials incorporating the Lycetts Young Horse Championships will take place at Osberton Park near Worksop, Nottinghamshire from 26 to 30 September.

Among the many top names competing are British Olympic silver medallists Tina Cook and Nicola Wilson, plus Piggy French, Oliver Townend, reigning Rolex Grand Slam winner Pippa Funnell, plus New Zealand eventing legend and Olympic bronze medallist, Mark Todd.

The British Eventing Young Horse Championships, sponsored by Lycetts has been taking place since 2003, this being the third year at Osberton Park.

Past British Eventing Young Horse Champions include Borough Pennyz who was the highest placed mare at the London 2012 Olympic Games with Italian rider, Vittoria Panizzon.

This year, two embryo transfer progeny of Lucinda Fredericks’ famous mare Headley Brittania will contest the Four Year Old section with Lucinda.
