This autumn, Priors Farm equine veterinary surgery in Forest Row will be opening its doors to host an equine art and photography exhibition showcasing a variety of local artists known for their skill in capturing the beauty of the horse.

Coinciding with the Forest Row festival, Priors Farm will be open to the public on Saturday 1st and Sunday 2nd October from 10am to 4pm. The exhibition will feature ‘Devotion’ by Sussex based photographer Sarah Wenban, a series of portraits exploring the bond between people and their horses as well as works by horse portraitist Judy Goodman, charcoal drawings by Ann Hollaway, and a collection of large-scale driftwood sculptures by Lorraine Kelly Jacobs.

Works of art will be on display throughout the practice, as well as in the equine hospital itself, which will form a unique and unusual backdrop to the show.

Says partner Ben Chilvers, "This event is the first of its kind for Priors Farm and we are really proud to have such talented artists on board."
