Leading names from the world of Equestrianism and Horseracing will come together for a Celebration of the Horse themed raceday at Newbury Racecourse on Saturday 26 March. As well as seven jump races, featuring the EBF Mares Finals, there will be something for all the family via a host of equestrian themed demonstrations and stands. The raceday will kick off with a ridden equestrian display in the parade ring (approx 12pm), with representatives from Dressage, Driving, Endurance, The Pony Club, Polocrosse, Horseball and Riding for the Disabled, which will then be followed by a mounted Dressage demonstration.

World Class Performance Manager and Chef d’Equipe of the British Eventing Team Yogi Breisner will also be speaking about his fascinating work with horses and the British Eventing team working toward the London 2012 Olympics. Yogi is one of the country’s most respected trainers of both horses and riders. As well as working with some of the top British event riders and Team GB Eventing, Yogi is associated with some of the leading UK racehorse trainers and their horses including Lambourn based Nicky Henderson.

Tickets start at £15 with under 18s going free and Private Boxes and Panoramic Restaurants starting from £45/person.
