Police are advising horseowners to be on their guard following the theft of £60,000 worth of equestrian equipment from a tack shop at South View EC at Wettenhall, Nantwich, Cheshire.
Thieves broke into a van parked outside the premises between 8pm on Saturday and 7am on Sunday 18 – 19 September
A witness heard vehicles travelling at high speed in the area at around 10pm, which could have been the time the crime was committed.

The majority of the saddles are ‘Stubben’ brand, and are individually serial numbered.
