Liebling II, who was part of Britain’s silver-medal winning team at the European Championships at Windsor last year with Carl Hester, has been sold.

Donald McTaggart's Liebling, who was previously ridden by Anna Ross Davies, has been bought by Canadian dressage team rider Cheryl Meisner.

"It is a blow to lose Liebling," said BD's team manager Richard Davison. "He and Carl had a fantastic partnership, but Carl has Uthopia and two other horses to contest for the British team this year. It's also great that Donald McTaggart is prepared to continue supporting Carl with young horses for future championships - we are very grateful for his continued support."
