Bloodlines and career highlights

Bred by Heinrich Wulhorst in Germany, Forrest was purchased at the Westphalian Elite auction in 2004 as a  three-year-old. The following year he was graded in Germany and placed third being awarded 9.13 (rideability), 8.8 (temperament), 8.04 (Trot), 7.81 (canter), 8.44 (walk), 7.5 (jumping).

Ridden by Danish international rider and co-owner Mette Assouline, Forrest Gump has competed through the grades with ease, each year qualifying for the nationals championships from medium to prix st georges levels. Having started the 2010 season with a win at PSG and success at international small tour level. He is currently competing at grand prix level.
