Primarily Amoureux has followed a career in Dressage qualifying for the Sheerwater British National Young Horse Championships, The British Potential International Championship and the Badmington Horse Of The Future aged five with wins of 80s% in the qualifiying classes. Aged six he commenced training with British Team Coach for the Paralympic Team and International Grand Prix Rider Michel Assouline, with the duo qualifying for the Sheerwater British National Championship and a final placing of 10th at Hartpury Festival Of Dressage and was also a finalist at the Dressage at Hickstead CDI3*/5* British National 6YO Young Horse Championship 2011. In September 2010 Amoureux was presented at the UK KWPN Keurings successfully passing the IBOP test and was awarded the Ster Predicate. Now in training with young rider MatBurnett in Oxfordshire the duo have qualified for the British Regional Summer & Winter Dressage Championships in just two outings consistently obtaining high scores of up to and over 73% at Medium level. Now competing advanced Medium with Mat scoring 68%+ and winning the class. In February 2013 Amoureux was Licensed with the Anglo European Stud Book (AES) Amoureux has consistently sired Prize Winning, Champion & High First premium progeny including the highest scoring dressage filly foal at the UK KWPN Keurings in 2012 with three of his progeny ranked in the top 10.
