Graham loves every aspect of country living
Very few people are fortunate enough to combine living their dream and working in a job they love, but property consultant Graham Hain, who owns and runs the award-winning Rural and Equestrian puts his hand up on both counts.
“I can honestly say that our entire team are doing a job they love – one which we are all passionate about and which gives us all a great deal of satisfaction,” he says. “We always put the customer first and, in most cases, become more like friends to our clients.”
A country loving family man, Graham launched Rural and Equestrian in March 2004 and it has grown to be one of the most respected estate agents specialising in the sale of property with land.
Last year Rural and Equestrian was voted among the top 10 estate agents in the East of England, winning a coveted ESTA (Estate and Letting Agent Award) which celebrates the quality of customer service.

My daughter had a Welsh Cob and competed at local gymkhanas. However, we have three dogs, two Weimaraners and a Staffordshire Bull Terrier, so as a family we enjoy all aspects of country living.”
Graham’s path to launching his own successful property business lies in his expertise working for corporate companies in customer sales and marketing.
“I found myself working very hard for someone else and realised the time was right to launch my own business, an ambition I had for many years,” he explains. “Having worked in customer facing roles and being skilled in sales and marketing, this was a huge help in developing our business and has kept us focused on our ‘customer first attitude’...
