Recent changes for customers wishing to login, edit or cancel their ads on Horse Deals
Horse Deals has recently moved to a newer, better system for managing and displaying our classified adverts.
All customers' adverts have already been moved across to the new system and should be appearing as normal.
However, some pages or links you may have used previously, for instance those used to login, edit or cancel an existing ad, will no longer work as before.

How do I edit or cancel my ad?
When we booked your ad on to the new system, this should have generated an email which included a link to edit or cancel your ad.
If you can't find or did not receive this email, contact us and we can either make any changes for you, or resend the link you need to edit or cancel your ad.
Why can't my ad be found when searching by location?
If you booked your ad on the old website, it was possible that you did not give us your full address details when the ad was booked. We need a full address including postcode for location based searches to work (note - this only currently works for UK addresses). Your full address or postcode will not be displayed in your ad.
We have tried to contact all customers who had not previously supplied full addresses, but it's possible you either did not respond when we tried to contact you or it may have been that our email was blocked by your spam/junk filters.
The problem can be easily fixed - just contact us with your full address details and we'll update your ad.
I can't see my ad any more
If you cannot find your ad, for instance by searching within the relevant category, or by breed, colour etc, please contact us
