Owned for 4 years, very sad reluctant sale but needs must as I do not have the time to do him justice. Tiger loves lots of varied activities & would excel as a PC/RC horse - he would be best suited to a home who will compete regularly. I am not a confident jumper but he has popped round 80/85 with me happily for the past few years clearly has scope to do much more. Hunted here with me (AVTH) and in Ireland before coming over. Several Sponsored rides, pub rides etc. XC / hunter trials, won first time out at 2'6 Completed Milton Keynes 3 day event on a double clear in the small class (2'6) Show jumps consistently at 2'6-2'9 - certainly could do more. Jumped last 3 years at Hickstead RC 2'6 teams. A regular winning team member on RC teams. Flat work - works at prelim level and would brush back up to Novice level with schooling. Hacks on his own and is very brave. Hacks nicely in groups also. Perfect in all traffic including tractors / speeding motorists, loose dogs, cyclists. Snaffle mouthed for mostthings, with some use of Waterford for 'fun' stuff. Nicely mannered in the stable. Perfect to clip, shoe, load (loves his lorry and going out), catch. I travel everywhere by myself and he has grown up into a polite 'useful' horse to go to shows alone on. Better turned out alone and needs a firm/competent handler for turning out as can get bolshy in the mornings. Stands in for long periods during bad weather, yet can still hop on to hack out for exercise in winter and is absolutely fine. Doesn't need riding every day. Will hack on his own on the buckle round the roads after a few days off. Stayed over at several camps and away shows and really enjoys it. Has been ridden by 15 year old girls who have jumped, hacked and XC'd him, taken him out to shows, sponsored rides, clinics etc. would suit competent child/teen coming up from ponies. Very good doer. Only fed chaff for last 3 years. Never sick or sorry, no known ailments and is open to vetting was 5* vetted on purchase in 2006. Comes with all hisgood quality well looked after gear. Jeffries bridles, leather Kent masters saddle, premier equine / amigo rugs, neue schule bits, thermatex rugs, etc amounting to well over £1500. Will not suit a novice or someone who wishes to do purely dressage/showing. Lots of pictures & videos available, and good trial facilities. Loan or trial only considered at current yard. 5* home sought who wont mind keeping in touch.
